I have a significant amount of information that needs to be parsed from
a memo field and I am unsure of what method to approach in doing this
parse. It would be fantastic if I could create a table which would
have each piece of data in a seperate field.

An example of my data in the memo field is as follows.
First Name: John
Middle Initial: A
Last Name: Doe
Address Line 1: 123 Left Street
Address Line 2: Apt R
City: City
State: State
ZIP Code: 11111
Phone: (123) 456-7890
Fax: (234) 567-8901
Email: (e-mail address removed)
