splitting an MS Access Report

This is a tough one.

I have a database which creates a letter with multiple companies attached.

When I sent the letter to a report in MS Access each page in the Access
report is addressed to a different recipient selected from my database.

I would like to email theses letters to the appropriate recipients. I'm
able to retrieve the email addresses for the selected recipients and insert
them into the email, however I don't want the recipients to see all the
letters, only the one addressed to them.

Is there a way of splitting the report database so that an email is created
for each recipient showing the letter addressed to them.

Gina,
When you posted the question last time on September 4th both Allen Browne
and I gave high level information on how to do it. If you can give more
information (the relevant bits of your code, for example) on how you're
currently creating and emailing the report/letter and the degree of detail
you are looking for in a reply to your question, I'm sure you'll get an
answer.

I'll monitor this thread for a week or so.
