Splitting up data by spaces

I have a list of names in one column, all of which are different lengths,
which I want seperating into different columns e.g.

Smith John Mr Mr John Smith
Johnson Pauline Miss Miss Pauline Johnson

Any ideas?

Have a look at
Data|text to columns

Use the space as a delimeter

If your data is consistent as your example.

You could use Data>Text to Columns>Space delimited then swap A and C columns.

Or you could download Chip Pearson's FirstLast workbook to see how he uses
formulas to adjust.
