Spooler error 0x80040e14

My client keeps on receiving this error when saving his project schedule. I
have done the process as outlined in article 889500 but he still receives
this error. Is there another solution to this problem?

To correct error 0x80040e14 (and Error Number: 0x80004005) locate the
Timestamp note in the application event error and copy it. Then locate the
associated project in the database and updated the table MSP_WEB_PROJECTS,
PROJ_TIMESTAMP column.

Then updated Project Server 2003 SP1 to SP2a to prevent reoccurrence of
the issue.

Note, This database error may occur under special circumstances when "Assign
myself to an existing task" option is used.

Jacques Brink

We have upgraded the service pack and also did what was suggested. We
however still receive this error. Any suggestions?
