Spooler Error

I imported a project (Tools/Enterprise Options/Import
Project...). This went fine. I then attempted to
publish. When looking at PWA it looks OK but the Spooler
gave the message "The manager cannot create the resource
account (0x8C040017)."

Can someone tell me where to find the meaning of this
message (or, I suppose, tell me what it means?

Well, I have to answer my own question (can you tell I'm
new here?). Seems the project that I was importing had a
miss-spelled resource. I removed the old import
(Cleanup), fixed the spelling error, and re-imported.
Problem solved. It must of told me that it couldn't map
one of the resources but I failed to notice that.
