Hi, I have a program that creates a large number of Tab Delineated Files
(TDF). Most of the time Excel opens the files perfectly, but occasionally
the files are opened improperly and a section of the data is missing
(something like rows 10-20). If I close the file and then open it up again
(no changing of the file) it opens correctly. This happens with Excel 2003
and occurs around once every 500 opens. I don't know whether any difference
is made if I drag the file to the Excel window, double click on the file or
open it using the open command in the file menu. I was wondering how to
avoid this problem.
