I have setup an indicator to show in PWA if a project is going to be late.
It works well with one exception; for some projects it shows the numeric
value rather than the graphical indicator. The indicator is just looking at
the difference between the Duration Variance and the Baseline Duration. Can
anybody help with this?

Sounds like those projects need to be republished as they haven't been
updated since you added the indicator.
