Spreadsheet as Pivot Table Data source

I am very new in OWC and looking every where to find a way to bind a
OWC pivot table object to a OWC spread sheet object as its datasource.
Is it posssible to do this?

If not then I need an example of a pivot table created in the server
side and then transfered to the client side to be displayed as a chart.
