This sounds like a task for the Mail Merge Wizard in Word,
and you may want to check out one of the Word forums for
help with that.
However, Excel could be used to transpose the data to get
it into the orientation you want, then you can copy/paste
it into Word.
To do this, select and copy the range with your data, move
to a different sheet in the workbook and
select "Edit\Paste Special" from the Excel menu. Then
choose the "Transpose" option before you paste and you
should get something close to what you want.
