I can only access spreadsheets through My Computer. Once a spreadsheet is
open, I can perform calculations, etc. However when I attempt to save the
spreadsheet or open another spreadsheet with the icon at the top, the
spreadsheet freezes. When I do Control Alt Delete, the message is that the
workbook is not responding. What does this mean and what do I need to do?
