spreadsheet normal view

I have a user who opens their spreadsheet and there is
nothing there yet you go to print preview and you can see
the spreadsheet. By clicking on view, full screen it
comes back but the correct way. Help!

Maybe it's just off the visible screen:
Window|Arrange|tiled (and resize manually)
