We are using a fairly elaborate workbook to keep track of student attendances
in our college faculty. Weekly attendance registers for each class are on
separate worksheets. The list of students is in the left hand column, and
three rows near the top contain fairly complex formulae which get data from
another worksheet to insert codes for teacher, subject and room for each
teaching hour in the week.
Sometimes the values of these codes for Monday period 1 are duplicated on
screen in the blank cells immediately to the left of the ones in which they
legitimately appear. This seems to occur only at some zoom settings, and not
in print-outs.
Any ideas about what is going on?
