SQL 2005 / Access 97

Has anyone successfully upsized from Access 97 to SQL 2005? I am
attempting to upsize some of my larger tables and when I run the
upsize wizard, I keep getting an 'Overflow' message after specifying
the data source file.

HELP!!!
