a better way we deal with *deep* sql data and *shallow* access?
just need to have an updateable recordset bound to a form that
contains a subform that uses a table and is joined by access query to
a sql view. in this case i know the view is not updateable. i know
the rules (kind of) so please noone under 30 years old try to answer
my question unless you can simply answer it without acting like a
natural born anemic.
sql views joined by query in access or bound by whatever.
just tell me i have to write code and go whine to johnson and johnson
about facility.
i want the table part of the join to be update able
i'll do it with code of course, but if there's thought of way that
should have been figured out a long time ago that has been but i just
don't know about it yet i'll stand here and pet your dog while you abc
