SQL data Access - Data interface wizard

Hii
Using the database interface , i created a sample wizard application
to insert data into a SQl server 2000 using front page 2003. After
creating i am trying to insert data using the submission form and getting
the error Jscript runtime error : object expected and when i tried to
debug it points to the code " onsubmit="return
FrontPage_Form1_Validator(this)" . hope this helps. Any idea why i cant insert
data into the database
