SQL Express 2008 installation problem

When I try to install SQL Server 2008 Express the setup cancels itself and
says that it can not download the SQL Server 2008 Express file. I have
disabled my firewall and it still fails. I did not have any difficulty
installing Visual Basic 2008 Express or Visual Web Developer 2008 Express.

I am running Vista Home Premium SP1 on my computer.

Is this the forum to get help with this problem?

No, this one's for Access, the database product that's part of Office
Professional.

I'd try a SQL Server forum, perhaps microsoft.public.sqlserver.msde
