SQL Server Error when installing 2nd Disc in Microsoft Office Ulti

When I attempt to install the 2nd disc for Office Ultimate, I keep getting an
error messsage with the SQL Server, installation wizard failed. I tried to
download the SQL server from the Microsoft webiste, but I get the same error
message. Any ideas?
