I have updated Outlook 2003 (using Windows XP) with Business Contact
Manager. In the process it installed an . I don't
use a server, so there is simply an icon on the taskbar. Moving the cursor
over it it say "Not Connected - \\". Since installing that update, I have a
problem connecting to the server (with Front Page 2003) that hosts my
website. I
suspect that it is linked to this installed SQL Server Service Manager. My
questions:
1. Do I actually need the "SQL Server Service Manager" to run Outlook with
the Business Contact Manager (I didn't before).
2. Can I disable or remove this SQL Server Service Manager?
3. Could this be the issue with FP 2003?
Apologies if the question is dumb, obvious or complicated. I appreciate
help.....
Have a great week, Richard
