Everytime I open Outlook I get a message saying "Seaching for SQL Server
Service" I don't remember seeing this before. Can I make it stop.. it
delays outlook from opening.

seems to be an issue loading your Business contact manager -
check whith BCM section for the error or if are not using BCM uninstall
including all the programs relating to SQL ( which states as )
