SQL Server <-> Visio

Hi all,
I'm trying to use Visio 2003 AE for managing database on SQL Server 2000
SP3. It seems that the feature of synchronization model and database (Update
DB / Refresh Model) was not fully implemented in Visio. Specifically,
synchronization of Notes (Descriptions) of columns does not work in neither
direction. Columns descriptions are imported with reverse engineering but
consequent changes in database are not detectet. On the other side, adding
notes to column in Visio is also not detected with Database->Update.
Also unique indexes causes some problems to Visio.
Is there any path or service pack solving this flaw ?

since v2003 is still technically a beta and the formal release is in days, you will probably have to wait
for the real thing.
