Thanks for the reply Rod, but I meant like: Standard
Edition or Enterprise Edition or Personal edition .by the
way I thought you are supposed to have only SP2 and not
SP3. Is that true

Your choice is between Standard and Enterprise editions and depends on what
your requirements are.

SP3(a) contains the fix for the slammer worm. I think it is useful - but I'm
not a project server specialist.
