I have installed SQL 2000 std edition with default
instance name option.
When I try to run the Sp3a file SQL2KDeskSP3.exe, it says,
instance name not recognised.....what should I do...?
How do I find out what the SQL Server setup write as a
default instance name and is there a file I can go and see
that the instance name used by SQL2KDeskSP3.exe is
different from the one used by SQL server and change it
there...!!
