Square characters display within labels in Word

I'm having a problem when I paste text into a label in word. Instead of
recognizing the carriage returns it places square boxes. But if I paste the
text into a document it pastes correctly.

Example:

If I paste into word document it looks like this:
First Name Last Name
Address1
Address2
Address3
City, State Zip

But if I paste the same text into a label it looks like this:
First Name Last Name Address1 Address2 Address3 City, State Zip

Any Ideas?
