SSNs for IDs in Organization Chart wizard

Can you use SSNs for the unique ID for employees and supervisors, or do you
need to have position numbers for each?

Yes you can. You can use anything that you want so long as it is unique and
is the same data used in the "reports-to" column to designate the manager.

As a general rule. You should avoid using SSN's. For any reason. Too much
can go wrong if that information fell into the wrong hands. Do a google
search on identity theft to see what I'm talking about.
