Is there a way to set office 2003 as the default to open documents after
installing office 2007?

Thank you for the reply. I did try this and the only way that I could get it
to work properly is to go into the advanced and manually change to the office
11 folder because all of the open with office icons are associated with
office 2007. I was hoping there was an easer way than going to each
extension and changing them one by one.

No, it's one at a time. Look at it this way - you only have to do it once
per extension.
