Stack or float sheet tabs

I would like to be able to view the tabs for the different worksheets within
excel without having to scroll. Is there a way to stack the worksheets or
is there any floating tool bar? thank you

Right-click the 'VCR' controls to the left of the worksheet tabs. It doesn't
float, but is only one click away.
