Stacked bar chart with line

Is there a way to do a stacked bar chart with a line above it?

I want to display cost data against revenue over a several-year period, with
cost broken out in a stacked bar and revenue showing as a line.

Andy Pope has an excellent site using Excel, but you might be able to adapt
it to PowerPoint or use the Excel method and paste into PowerPoint.
