Stage Manager

I came across a reference that mentions a feature in PowerPoint called "Stage
Manager" which is supposed to provide previews of upcoming slides and a slide
meter for monitoring progress.

I can't find this. Does anyone know where this can be found? (Perhaps
this has also been dropped like the Meeting Minder feature?)

It sounds like Presenter View, which can be found under Slide Show/Set up
Show. You need to have a second monitor or a projector hooked up in order to
use this view, though.
