Staging tables for Portfolio Analyzer reporting--HELP!!!

I have just used the tool provided by Microsoft to extend the
portfolio analyzer cube. I can now report on Tasks,FinishDates.
%complete within a project.
Now I need to produce a custom report on Counting actual Milestones
Vs Planned Milestones and basically indicate this on a Portfolio
Analyzer display!....

Any Ideas Guys??

How can I learn more about this tool? Did you purchase it or download some software

Any info would be appreciated
