staionary

[Alarmingfriend]

When I create stationary in word using a bmp or jpg file it multiplies and
shows up as tiles on my emails populating the whole screen.
I'm at my whits end.
In XP it was easy to create, in Vist its the only problem i have run into so
far.

HELP!!!!
