stand-alone installation MPS 2007. login problem

Hi all,
After stand-alone installation I can't login either to the PWA with
browser or with Professional from other computer. There is no domain
in my network, name of the PC with MSPS 2007 is 'mps'. I've add user
with administrative rights to the 'mps'. I've also add this user to
the project server users and he has logon MPS\user. When I'm trying to
logon from different PC with next credentials: mps\user and password,
I've got error "HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due
to server configuration. Internet Information Services (IIS)"

Can anybody help me with that?

Are you logging on to your client machine with the same credentials as a
user on the server with local logon rights?

Thanks for attention to my letter. I'm already fix this issue. It was
because of domain settings on server.
