Standard form has been overwritten

Hi,
one of my users overwrote her standard message form with
something she wanted then, but not now (great!). This form
when used doesnt force a spell check at the end of saving
despite it being selected in options as a pre requite
before sending. Besides tearing my hair out has anyone got
any idea about this please
