Standard Forms Library Outlook 2007 Addition

Hi,

Would it be possible to create a new form for a phone message that can be
emailed when someone is contacted but not available. The form would have
standard items like the person who called (Contact name), where from
(Company) and a range of checkbox items (telephoned, please call, Retuned
call, will call again, came to see you, will return, left a package, urgent).

I have created a simple one that is used in my work group and can email it
as an example if required?

Thanks and cheers,

You can create a custom Outlook form and publish it to one of the forms
libraries and use that if you want. See the forms information at
www.outlookcode.com.
