my company wants to standardize the Outlook forms. Therefore, I am
requesting you to help me by giving me the way to force the users to a use
specific fonts at outlook, word and excel.

Who is "you" that you want to help you force? Users have the option to
customize their own Office preferences unless limited by Group Policy,

Perhaps you need to look at the Office Customization Tool?
