Standardize WORD,EXCEL,Outlook,PowerPoint

I've been asked to standardize the fonts etc. for Word, Excel, Outlook and
Powerpoint for everyone throughout the organization, using Office 2007
products. Anyone logging onto any PC must be / get "standardized". Any
suggestions / direction as to where each product stores its default settings
so that regardless of who logs on, the new default standardized fonts etc are
used. thanx
