Start a page heading on page 2

I'm trying to get the page Header in a report to start on
page 2 instead of page 1. Does anyone have an idea on
how to do that?

Reports have a PageHeader property that you can set to Not
with Rpt Header.

If you don't have a report header, create one and make it
very small.
