Start and Finish defaults

Does anyone know how to change the defaut settings from Date form to hourly
form (i.e. Start at 8:00 am, finish at 9:30 am.) versus a start and finish
calendar date? Any help is appreciated.

Hello A. Butch,

The way the dates appear in the table (left side) is controlled
through Tools > Options, View tab. .The display of information in
the timescaled portion of the view (right side) is controlled by
zooming in or out.

All date fields in Project are actually date/time fields and you can't
change that - Project's universe is measured by the number of elapsed 1/10
minute ticks of a clock that began running on Jan 01, 1984. In the Tools /
Options menu, View tab, Date Format field you can select various styles to
display just the date component, just the time component, or both.
