Leonard --
Team members cannot directly change the Start or Finish dates of any task
assignment. However, if you add the Actual Start and Actual Finish fields
to the list of Published Fields, users can modify these values on their
timesheets, which will indirectly impact the Start and Finish dates of the
tasks. Hope this helps.
