START / RUN Command - VBA to execute a DTF file

Hi

I have a DTF file which I execute through the Start/Run and then I paste a
pathname in.

Is it possible to do this through code.

I suppose what I am asking for is, is it possible to simulate through code,
the START/RUN action from the Windows desktop?
