start times are not showing up on the calendar in high detail

I just upgraded fro OL2003 to OL2007 and can't seem to get my start times to
show up in a monthly view. I have it set to high detail.

No replies.... How about more info. I'm using XP Pro and OL2007 is using
Exchange server hosted by 1and1.com so I can sync my calendars, email etc at
work, home and PDA. The start times show up on all other PC's running OL2003.
