Start "Two Pages" view on right

Word's "Two Pages" view option is useful for thinking about how a
double-sided document will print. Unfortunately, Word puts the first
(right) page on the left side of the screen when the "Two Pages" mode
is selected (View, Zoom, Many Pages, 52%). Is there a way to change
this behavior so that the first page (a right page) shows up by itself
on the right, with the second page (a left page) and the third page (a
right page) showing up side-by-side when I press Page Down?

Thanks!

Hi jrdieff

To view your document as you would like, you need to do two things.

First, File > Page Setup. On the Margins tab, in the Multiple Pages box,
choose "Mirror Margins". I think that setting has moved around a bit
over different versions of Word, so you may have to look around to find
Mirror Margins.

Second, File > Print Preview. On the PrintPreview toolbar, you'll find a
button called "Multiple Pages". Click this and drag to determine how
many pages to display at once.

Hope this helps.
