start up message

using Outlook 2003 every time I open the program I get
the message (x 3) that "there is no disk in the drive -
insert disk in drive A". After cancelling the message
each time and clicking continue thereafter, no problem -
can anyone tell me how to get rid of this or what is
causing it?
