When I open a Word doc and click on the DESIGN tab on the menu I get a message "The last time you opened 'BWNumbered.dotx', it caused a serious error. Do you still want to open it?" I searched for the file 'BWNumbered.dotx', but didn't find it. My anti -virus scan says "No Virus Found". I am confused as to what it really is?
