Start up Outlook

Every time I start outlook the screen goes blank and the screen resolution
settings are changed from 1280 x 768 pixels to 640 x 480. I then have to
manually change the settings back. Anybody know why and how to correct this?

What version of Outlook? What operating system? Did this just start
happening? Have you tried re-installing Office / Outlook or your display
drivers?

Please check for the latest video driver for your monitor. Outlook is
rather display intensive.
