Start Up!!

OK - I have changed the start up options on a reporting Access db to only open a form and disable all the menu options and tool bars. This works for what I want to do.
However, how do I change the start up options back so I can amend this if I now cant get into the Tool menu to change the start up options. Strangely yesterday I managed to do this with a 'right click' somewhere but cant do it again today.
Please help

Hold down the Shift key while opening the MDB.

Hold the Shift key down while you open the Database to get the Standard
MenuBar. You should be able to get into the Start-up options again.
