Does anyone know the keyboard command keys used to start presentation on a projector screen for both old and new generation macbooks?? For example, the laptop i use the keyboard command is function + F8 to pull the presentation up onto LCD display, i unaware as to what that command would be for both new and old generation macbooks that utilize powerpoint 2008.
