Hello who can help me?
I want to make a procedure in Word that starts a new form after typing the
word "Name:" The user then can pick te name from a listbox or entering it to
a database.

Anyone a solution?

Thanks Willem

Yes, sorry, but something has to start a procedure. A keyboard shortcut, a
button click....something. Word does not care about what you type, unless
you tell it to start caring. It does not monitor what you are typing.

It is all the same to Word unless you tell it otherwise.

And to tell it, you have to DO something. A keyboard shortcut, a button
click, a menu item selected....something.

However, you may consider using formfields. They may be an option. The user
can select from a dropdown of names.
