Starting Excel/help required

:cool: Is there a method where-by I can start excel with same file nam
of the file it can't find. Excel is invoked when phone rings, i
searches for file of same phone number and loads it if found. If no
found it just loads a standard file. My first posting please help

Hi
though possible this would require some code. You need at least a
service running in the background which is connected to your telephone
(and get the phone number -> CTI integration).
This is IMHO not an Excel issue but more a CTI problem (depending on
your telephone infrastructure)
