Hello I went to start up my first micosoft app on my mac (word). I entered my serial and what not. As it continued through the process it came p with an error saying that microsoft has detected a fault with the installation. please start your installation again. I have now reinstalled about 5 times and still the same message. Please does some one how to fix this?
