When I try to start word97 by using Open Office Document
or New Office Document on my Start menu, the dialogue box
shows the files in a recently used folder for Open or the
templates for New. Then when I select a folder to open or
a template nothing happens. If I use ctrl-alt-del to check
running programs, osa.exe (the program that Open and New
Office Document access) is running. I can open any word
file by double clicking or from explorer. I can open word
from the program menu. Once open, word will start a new
document by clicking on the new icon or new in the file
